St. Patrick’s Dinner and Dance

It’s the 50th Annual Community St. Patrick’s Dinner & Dance. Sponsored by the Exchange Club in partnership with the City of San Clemente to benefit local charities. Corned beef and cabbage dinner with all the trimmings catered by Hennessy’s Wine/Bistro served from 5:00pm-8:30pm. In addition to a live band with fabulous music all evening, the event will also feature traditional Irish Dancers from the Aniar Academy of Irish Dance performing at 5:30pm to 6:20. Ticket donation includes a door prize raffle ticket. Green beer and a full service bar at extra cost.

Carlsbad Marathon & Half Marathon

The 26th edition of the Carlsbad Marathon & Half Marathon sponsored by Tri- City Medical Center since is scheduled for Sunday, January 15, 2017. The 26.2- and 13.1-mile out-and-back courses begin at The Shoppes at Carlsbad and pass by the Buena Vista Lagoon in the early miles, setting the event’s naturalistic tone. The course and surroundings soon pick up the beat as participants make their way through spectator- packed Carlsbad Village, a quaint but popular mix of restaurants, shops and hotels
